Corporate Office A/C and ventilation systems maintenance
We employ ADS Air Con to carry out our quarterly maintenance of all A/C and ventilation systems within our corporate office complex. We have found them to be totally professional and reliable contractors. The standard of workmanship is second to none and the adherence to our corporate H&S standards was excellent. All H&S documentation was presented promptly before work commenced and completion certificates are always presented immediately after completion of the maintenance. I would not hesitate to Recommend ADS for any future projects.
Server Room Install
We employed ADS Air Con to install a new system in our Server Room. From the initial visit to site to quote and right through the installation to completion we found them to be totally professional and reliable contractors. The standard of workmanship was excellent, as was there adherence to our food industry hygiene standards. All H&S documentation was presented promptly before work commenced and completion certificates immediately at completion. We would not hesitate to use ADS for any future projects.

ADS were provided to us as a recommended installer, for what was a challenging project to install a new A/C installation within an established restaurant. The works also required the co-ordination, to provide services through several other 'live' business. ADS Aircon
We used ADS Aircon to install a new air conditioning unit in a control building on a new wind farm build. The work was staged in two phases due to access on site which ADS were very flexible about and they were on site as soon as we needed them. The installers were very professional. They visited site a week before the job started to look at the location and access requirements so when the job started it run smoothly. The service on site was quick and professional. Nothing was any trouble. They had risk assessments and the relevant scafftags in place before we had to ask. Paperwork was handed over at the finish and was top quality. Highly recommended.
Service and Maintenance
I work for Swan Hunter Shipyard in Wallsend and we've had problems with our air conditioning in the server and commoms room for getting on 2 months now, One company belonging to the council came out and very quickly left with not much explanation as to what the problem was. Never the less they charged us £250. Looking on Yell I found ADS Aircon Ltd who happened to be a local firm and was recommended by an ex colleague from Amec. Calling them I got through to one of there engineers straight away and was booked in for the following day. The following morning an engineer turned up before I could finish my coffee and straight way diagnosed the problem, the equipment we have is rather old and being an experienced engineer he had the right knowledge and wisdom to get both units working perfectly by the end of the day. Since then we now have a 6 month regular health check\maintenance contract with ADS Aircon, for a surprisingly reasonable price.
I would definitely recommend this firm to any IT Department in the north east, they definitely saved my beacon. Thanks ADS
